SCP Foundation is yet to capture SCP 973. Smokey is still on run. SCP 973 is known for his unique way of killing people. SCP 973 chase down anyone who drives too fast. Scp 973 catches them and kill those people. SCP 973 has killed several scp agents too while chasing down.
However the SCP Police has still managed to escape.
