Paulina and Zolani bid us farewell – The River | S5 | 1Magic | Episode 260

It starts off on a high for Zolani as he finds out that Khwezi is pregnant with their child and while his excitement sets in, Mabutho is on the run and Paulina is confronting Angelina about stealing her baby. It all comes to a sad ending when the gun she showed up with ends up killing her and another one from Mabutho's side, ends up killing Zolani.

It's painful when something so beautiful and loved come to an end, thus the negative comments. To the River cast, thank you for entertaining us all these years, we truly appreciate the craft, all the actors in the River are outstandingly excellent, wish they could be part of a movie in future, coz wow! what a talent 🙏 🎬 l ❤️

This is their worst season finale ever😡. Season 4 and 5, were all over the place, *it makes sense that 6 will be the last season.* *Zodwa* has always been right about the *Mokoena family* they are toxic AF. First *Mabutho* killed *Lindani* for *Tumi, * now *Angelina* has killed *Paulina* in order to continue _latching_ on to *Cobra.*
_Zolani and Paulina are iconic characters, fan favorites, there was no need to kill them off, the whole thing is asinine._

There was absolutely no need to kill Zolani, he could've chosen to sail ⛵ off into the sunset 🌇 with Khwezi and the 👶. He'd visit the family from time to time, like Nomonde has been doing since season 3. As for him *_levitating 🤣_*

Paulina divorced Cobra and quit her job as Councilor. She could've proven the the baby is hers, and then moved away from the toxic Mokoena family to KZN, with her beautiful baby 💔. Honestly Angelina disgusts me 🤮

The only interesting thing about this episode is the music 🎶 cue, similar to season when Lindiwe killed Tumi. Hey *Tshabalala* always remains unscathed

Hmmm I cried today!!! The exits were so so painful. Just to show how life is so unbalanced and unfair. Paulina 😪!!!, finally having a chance to start over with her child, Zolani having a fresh start with a baby on the way! Hai!!! Ndachema nhasi!!! I hadn't cried for a drama/telenovela in a while. We enjoyed your performance Paulina, Zolani and Zweli. You didnt have to leave though 😕.. worse in such a painful way 💔.Great talents! ♥️👏👏

I am gutted, Hurt, Angry and Disappointed that Paulina didn't get the Justice she Deserved. Which basically means that Nnete ka Baby Linda will never be revealed. NNX, I hate Angelina ka Passion and I'm not going to watch the Final Season until she gets Arrested For Good and Nnete E Hlaha. Farewell To Tango Ncetezo aka 'My Lekker Pauiliski'. U are one of the best Actresses we have in South Africa and I wish you nothing but the best for your Future. Thank you for bringing the character Paulina to Life and acting with great excellence. Farewell to also Lawrence Maleka aka Zolani Dlamini and Hlomla Dandala aka Zweli Lethu Dikana. You All Will be Missed.
