For what little it's worth. The modern standards on React seem to suggest that avoiding HOC, whenever possible, isba better approach. This is primarily accomplished with hooks and other methods because HOCs can complicate and create complex abstractions that are less declarative than a hook. Though, HOCs do have a place, they are, from my understanding, not considered a good way to abstract an application. To my understanding.

If someone disagrees I would love to know why and get some input on other people's thoughts. I am a Sr. React & NodeJS dev and would like to hear what others have to say because I am always learning more about things I don't know.

I think you should have shown how `values` and `onSubmit` are passed to <Form/> in order for the example to be more complete.
