Like most theatre companies at the moment, BOAT has no income. Unlike most theatre companies, we only stage one show a year which means we have had no ticket income since 2019 and don't expect any until 2022. As a charity we rely on income from ticket sales to keep afloat and maintain the high production values you've come to expect. We really enjoyed this too - good to see a classic remade in a fresh, contemporary style without losing the language or meaning. Clever how you managed to sum up the entire story in so short a piece. Loved the soundtrack too. Would definitely recommend.

We really enjoyed this. What a brilliant idea to use the cctv style communication - suggesting how fragile and difficult it is to connect - especially with a ghost! Excellent.

Hamlet zoomed - loved it - thought it was innovative and creative and I could rewind the speeches where I lost track and needed to go back. Also reminded me a little (which probably is not the intention at all) of the lockdown David Tennant and Michael Sheen's Staged. Amazed at how people are finding ways to keep the arts alive during this horrible time.
