This is actually a common build in turbo. It's just that against how the team is so good at kiting and coordinating at high rank. Sladar is very vulnerable against spell.

I used to play slardar A LOT before i quit dota and i loved the perma bash build . However the biggest problem always with these kinda of builds is that is exp as shit and usually you cannot burst the enemy dead fast enough before backup comes. Personally i would have gone assault curs instead of 2nd moon shard . Or get deso for max armor shredding

The standard builds but to execute the build either you had to be fast like in turbo mode, or got decent teammates to makes this build work

Actually, u dont need moonshard for this. treads (5min) > madness (7~8min) > midas (12min) > blink (16~17min) > bkb (20~25min) > assault (30min). With this build, matching this timings, you become a beast cause u can permabash, initiate, be tank and have farm. Later on i like to sell midas and go for mage slayer and buy shard. Shard is better the earlier possible, but if u buy it before blink, bkb or assalt u delay these items power spike, so its better to go for the shard later on. Not that hard to hit these timings in archon/legend.
