What range @ what speed do you get after the conversion? How many of the 50AH cells did you use and where to buy everything?

The latest, easiest way to upgrade the Vectrix from NiMH to Li-ion is to use the Nissan Leaf batteries - just search for "Vectrix Leaf Cell conversion".
