Remember something very important. If you make everyone happy, you are doing something wrong. If you do things correctly, you will absolutely upset certain people. It's just how the world works. If you are running a shop and nobody complains about how much you charge, your prices are too low. Just keep doing what you are doing.

You have a relatively small brick & mortar LCS- you employ several people in a small town that’s not thriving. I enjoyed visiting you and the store recently and I say hats off to you to pay wages for a couple of folks! Not going to beat a dead horse; you are incredibly honest and fair and that’s been instilled by your dad and faith. I’ve paid persons a little more sometimes only because they were Church friends and elderly. I have the advantage I guess cause I only collect and don’t sell. It does stink to get a bad review but at the end of the day, you have a clear conscience between you and the Lord.

Firstly, a deal requires the acceptance of both parties. You don’t have to sell your coins to anyone! Secondly, gold plated coins? That’s all I need to hear about the seller.

I purchased 7-10, 000 common world coins from a dealer more than 40 years ago. I enjoyed looking them up and putting them into 2 x2's. A few years later, I got married, then children came along. Money was tight and I sold them back to the dealet that I had purchased them from. I had very few silver and no crown sized coins. I didn't like the price but the dealer was a friend and coin club member. He angonized over this because it happens so often he said. I enjoyed looking up and learning about those coins. I did not get upset with the dealer. I wished I still had them though because I still enjoy eorld coinage without breaking the bank.Thanks Daniel for sharing.

I have purchased from your shop online in the past and actually sold and purchased coins from your coin shop when we lived in Ohio. I totally trust you and when I am looking for any particular coin I always check your site first. If this customer did not like what he was being told his coins were worth, why didn’t he just walk away?

In my opinion you guys know coins and some people want top dollar for world coins and some countries are cheap. I collect Italian coins since I'm Italian. I buy coins from you and I'm very pleased with you guys. You are 5+. Keep up the awesome job. You can’t please everyone. Daniel you are awesome.

To me it says a lot more how one deals with a bad situation than during good times. Too often a single bad review can ruin or hold hostage someone’s reputation. Am a happy customer so far, good to see a humanitarian approach to dealing with problems. Common sense should be your middle name Daniel. 👍
