Hi thanks for the amazing videos with such valuable information, I want to know 1 thing as I am planning to take CMA this year, how will CMA be valuable to me without the experience as I am in procurement but want to shift my career towards accounting and was planning to do so with CMA. But one of the requirements to be CMA certified is to have 2 years experience and without that I won't be able to get the certification. This has been bothering me, will potential organizations look at my resume and consider me just because I have passed the exams. Need your guidance on this. Thanks in advance
