It is very obvious they have bots in the game. Every arena has a "sophia" no clan, default banners zero badges and trash plays.

As a vietnamese i have to mention this: No, playing in Viet Nam doesnt ban your account anymore. Despite litterally using a Vietnamese IP address for internet i am still able to play the game. Nothing is wrong fellas

5:44 Yes Very true and it also applies to CoC, one time someone promoted someone to co leader and that new guy ended up kicking every member that weren't the co leader or the actual leader, I don't know but I think they should also ban those guys, going around and ruining clans, the worst part, almost all of the kicked members wouldn't bother to join you clan knowing they been kicked, so they force you to start all over again

There was a bug that if you cancelled your battle multiple times, it will automatically put you with a bot. A bot is someone who has a real name (Joe, Mike, etc.), isn't in any clan and plays really bad. I'm not sure if it's fixed, but I used it in another account that I abandoned a long time ago, and it worked.
