I've had one so far and I was panicked until I was told my SSDI would continue. It was so stressful and affected my disabilities. I love the idea of keeping a notebook. That is a wonderful idea and I think would be super helpful because one of my symptoms is memory loss.

I think the person who said their SSDI is "at 90% and holding" was referring to the status of their SSDI claim that they see when they log onto their MySSA portal. I am a disability paralegal of 20 years and often I have clients gleefully tell me that they saw on their portal that their claim is 90% complete. Meanwhile, I can log onto ERE and see that their claim has not yet even been assigned to an adjudicator. So I have to be the big old wet blanket and explain that their claim is in fact NOT 90% complete; Nobody at DDS is even looking at it yet.

Is the original Diary date set in stone? Could it ever change without notice?

I started SSRI at 62 and have since requested disability because of serious medical issues, I am in stage 5 for review. Since filing I found out I got hit with clawback because of working at time of filing but earning more than what is allowed, It's one thing after another. Will the clawback affect

I'm on medicare advantage plan and I'm on SSDI and very ill, Im a 55 year old woman and I get 1, 604.00 a month. How ever my last statement of what I paid in from my jobs at 40 was 3, 000. How come I can't collect what I paid in already and why do they take from. My check.

I received a cdr yesterday but it had been at my mom's address for a couple of months or longer and it said 2nd notice. It was just pages long. I sent it in yesterday the 4th of May. I'm still receiving benefits. Will the cut mine off? I've got end stage cirrhosis 4 years after I was approved.

Now I am stressed. A journal? Yikes. I fail horribly at keeping track of things and doing things like lists. I have a hard time just filling out and checking boxes on doctor's forms and other types of forms. What do you even put in the journal? I feel bad today. I went to the cardiologist today. I feel good/kinda good today. Won't that put into question your disability status? What happens if there's no journal to give them? Can you please do a video on a journal?

Thanks for the reassurance about the CDR. This is my 3rd one and I called one time and the SSA worker told me "no news is good news" LOL. I didn't believe him cause I was stressing so much cause you see videos about people being cancelled all the time and I was in and out of the hospital constantly so couldn't imagine how I was going to be able to go back to work! I just got my letter from SSA saying "oh never mind, we're not gonna review you after all", but we might later on or whatever it says. I spent 3 months in the hospital last year so was wondering if they would even bother to look at my medical record or say "Oh hell no!" Who has time for that! " LOL
