I should note that in many instances (if you're at an appropriate distance from the subject) you can also just keep the sensor plane parallel and see if the whole building will shift into the frame. This eliminates the need for tilting, which was used here to really emphasize converging lines. Plus, we were very close to that tall building for a 24mm lens. But it still worked!
