For those who are wondering why we can't use array.length and suggesting ways to use binary search as it is (in its raw form), understand that this is more of a logical concept (a brilliant concept I should say!) than a typical programming problem and it tests our concepts of mainly time complexities. As Anuj bhaiya mentioned that, if it will be asked in an interview, then they will be more interested in our thought process and how we approach the problem rather than our programming language tricks and hacks.
