INGREDIENTS:-

FOR CHICKEN MARINATION:-

500g Chicken Pieces (Cleaned & Washed)
1/4 Cup Fresh Dahi / Curd
1/2 Tsp Namak / Salt
1 Tsp Hari Mirch / Green Chilies Paste
1 Tbsp Adrak Lehsun / Ginger Garlic Paste

FOR ONION GRIND:-

4 Small-Sized Payaz / Onion
1/4 Cup Water Or As Required

FOR CASHEW ALMOND PASTE:-
-------------------------------------
15-16 Badam / Almonds
15-16 Kaju / Cashews Nut
2-3 Tbsp Water Or As Required

FOR GRAVY:-
-------------------------------------
1/4 Cup Refined Oil
4 Laung / Cloves
1 Badi Elachi / Black Cardamom
7-8 Kali Mirch / Black Pepper
1/2(half) Javetri / Mace
1 Inch Cinnamon Stick
2 Hari Elachi / Green Cardamom
Add Grind Onion
Add Marinated Chicken
Cashew Almond Paste
1 Tsp Salt Or Salt To Taste
1/2 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Safed Kali Mirch / White Pepper Powder
1/2 Cup Water Or As Required
3 Tsp Fresh Malai Or Cream
1 Tsp Kasuri Methi / Fenugreek Leaves (Crushed)
4 Hari Mirch / Green Chilies (Slit)

After marination with vinegar do you wash the chicken again before marinating with dahi etc?
