Thank you for the information. I received an olive tree as a gift and I love it. I live in Massachusetts and was wondering what the tree can handle for an over night temperature if I were to leave outside overnight. Thank you

I received an olive tree as a gift a week ago.. I would love to keep it indoors.. but I only have East windows… would that be enough light?

How often should they be fertilized and what is recommended to use?

How do you water an indoor olive tree? I know you said let top couple of inches of soil dry before watering, but how much water do I need to use? Enough water until it runs through drainage holes? Or just a bit of water until top soil gets moist? I have one that’s getting plenty of sun but keeps dropping leaves. The top leaves look healthy and but some of the bottoms branches have leaves that look dry and curled 😢

I’m laughing at your comment about indoor house temp. I love the heat so I fit well in Arizona. My inside temp is usually warm -85. I’m different than most!

I feel like for a plant that has species living up to 2400 years to only live to a maximum of 10 years indoors, that would be an indicator that olive trees probably shouldn’t be grown indoors

indoor grown olive trees have 8 years of life? that's sad 😭😭😭
