Or cranberry mayo. In my opinion tge tartness of the berry makes the mayo even better, plus the sweetness of the berry. It's by Primal kitchen, their mayo is good in my opinion, I add paprika to the regular one for tang!

Certain crops don't grow certain times of the year plus the Dept. Of Agriculture has a say in this too.

Apples and cranberries are harvested in the fall. So before our modern preservation techniques existed, you could only get apples abs cranberries at specific times of year. Hence, those things being seasonal.

It was seasonal because that was when it ripened. Now you can get most of those things year around. Enjoy.

I like to make chocolate eggnog and I would love to have it year round! I make by mixing chocolate milk and eggnog. No alcohol involved, thank you very much.

Um... yeah, we can change this now days. But it used to be that these things were only available for an amount of time when they are harvested... That's why they're considered "seasonal."
