Moringa Soup

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Drumsticks - 180 grams
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Tomato - 100 grams
Turmeric - 3/4 teaspoon
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/8 teaspoon
Water - 800 milliliters
Ghee - 1 tablespoon
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Curry leaves - 8 - 10
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION
1. In a pressure cooker, add 180 grams drumsticks, 1 tablespoon ginger, 100 grams tomato, 3/4 teaspoon turmeric, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, 800 milliliters water and stir well.
2. Cover it with lid and cook until you hear 4 whistles.
3. Open the lid and remove it from heat. Strain it.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 8 - 10 curry leaves, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and stir well. Remove it from heat.
5. Pour this tempering over soup and mix it well.
6. Serve.
