I was surprised to see trump using the VILLAGE PEOPLE'S music MACHO MAN as his theme song for campaigning.
I assumed this meant the group was endorsing him. I assumed they had a copyright for their music. I just now found out he was being sued.
I enjoyed their music as a young adult but had no idea about their gay status at the time, didn't really know much about gays at the time. Didn't learn about their gay status until about 20 or so yrs ago not that it would have made a difference.
