She's beautiful awsome job. They say you can put 2 55 lb thrust motors on your kayak, and still get 4 to 5 mph. I guess because it's made for weight not speed. I have my Oldtown Predator 120 Pdl. I chose the Bixpy J2. Because you get your battery, everything you need, and its plug and play. I purchased a 2nd battery so I'll never run out. I'm 5ft 7" 153 lbs, so she moves 4.5 to 5 mph. I love all my accessories I've added, and I'm in my 3rd season. I love new installs, add-ons, diy's. But the electrical installs do scare me. And I'm extremely picky with my boat, and installs. Washed off after every trip, and in the garage lol. I bought my battery box to run my go pro, FF-GPS, and 30 amp hr lithium battery. It came with the wires built in, usb's, vm, fuses, and breakers. I think that's what blows switches. And I'm not to confident with those installs yet. Greg blanchard is my favorite angler, every 3 day's he's fishing. and got me off the bank. And Kayak USA Is the best out there, for all your install vids, and anything you want to install. He's got the complete vids, for DIY's and installs. He's got a seperate site of everything he uses and where he purchased every diy, or new accessory for his Hobie pro-angler 14. His boat is amazing. He's extremely talented. I think the electrical issues are the breaker and fuses, etc. Good luck, stay safe. 🙏 😎 🎣

Love my Titan 12, just trying to finish my trailer ( war wagon) . My main reasoning for this kayak was specifically the ability to use it for fishing, camping and hunting. If you are familiar with the upstate of S.C and Lake Jocassee, I'm really looking forward to this upcoming deer season. Great setup you have, be safe and have fun.

All your electric connections are burning out from salt exposure, put dielectric grease on all connections and that will stop... That includes your fish finder

Nice Yak I have a Native 12 as well. Does the 2x4 fit directly into the slots in the back lol I’m definitely using this idea for my new box. Also the rod tubes I’m assuming you had to drill holes into the aluminum to put them on right

Do you have a way to retract your motor? Is there enough room to tilt it? I would like to install a motor to the rear of my titan too.
