Cumin... is a red flag? My dude, do you know how many recipes there are that call for cumin?! A billion recipes call for cumin! Half the bean recipes I find call for cumin! Do you know what makes up most of taco seasoning? That's right, CUMIN!

Now, if she has sorrel, pennyroyal, mace, sumac, and so forth... Stick with her! She probably has made some meals you've never even heard of. (For the record, I only have mace. It's basically nutmeg, but has a little deeper flavor.)
