You should mention that rats that eat a poison do NOT die right away, they often go to their nests, in your wall, under the house, or in the attic and die. Also poisoned rats/mice are often eaten by neighborhood cats and raptors or scavenger birds which also die from these pesticides.

Thankyou! The front unit is vacant. I'm interested because it has hardwood floors rather than carpet but we have roof rats everywhere! Can i set a bomb for mites in the storage area below and the attic above before moving in (I have severe PTSD from the last infestation)? Also what screen do i use for blocking holes and cracks and how do i install it? Don't get me started on landlord responsibilities! I'm doing it myself.

why use the Victor with a plastic pedal instead of the metal ? Other channels recommend the metal.
It's easy to bend the metal hook to apply different baits such as peanut butter on a piece of cloth/sponge. Sometimes I superglue dog kibble to the petal trigger.

Instead of the Victor M241 battery trap with C batteries, I use the Rat Zapper Ultimate, 4 D batteries.

The glue traps have been more successful for me. I put peanuts on it and really didn't take long for them to appear and sometimes they end up dragging the trap under the cabinet and the ones that run into them got caught i got 4 on one trap lol im int getting the electric shock traps 😈

Rodent bait killed my dog Gus, he ate a dead mouse who consumed the bait, the bait wasn't fast so the mouse ran a long way.

Such an import point about humane traps... I'm all for it but unless you are checking in hourly I think a kill trap IS the humane trap...sticky traps and poison are the least humane.

The Trex is crap - the firing trigger is plastic and breaks easily.

Those JT glue boards aren't worth a crap. Rats will literally avoid them . They'll test it with their toes and then avoid it like the plague . Rats aren't stupid . They learn quickly. They'll sit back and watch their buddy get caught then they'll stay away from whatever caught their pal.

Please update your video.
I'm in ny so I checked bay area laws.
Illegal to transport captured animals. People should not use catch release type for many reasons (disease) . Glue traps are horrific. Poison blocks are making their way up the food chain into raptors and small predators. You wanna be humane them be humane. Rats are social, move them is stressful, disorienting to food and water. Use snap.
