Happy Veganuary Day 29: Vegan Ramen

Making one of my favourite dinners, Ramen! PS I feel really bad, I didn't realise the soup base was not vegan. I didn't use it but I did buy it. I'll try to find and update it with a vegan version. Let me know in the comments if you know of any!
