If I was a us citizen and ended up winning if I had friends or relatives in Canada I would have them claim it and give them 75million for it as there would be less tax taken off as if a US citizen claims it they have a 25% federal tax plus another 30% state tax depending what state they live in. In Canada Lotto wins aren't taxed at all so if u had a canadian friend claim it they just have to pay the federal tax
