alright so sit down and let me tell you about a story fam




So 3 cat spam has been changing a lot, I'm sure most of you know about OG 3 cat spam right? well that when weapons' had no delay right, well after it had been nerfed the devs added delay, the delay mechanics are weird but they are important, here are all the delays, so first we have input and output delay what input and output delay weapons are are weapons that have there own delay pullout and give delay to other weapon, so if i were to shoot something like reflector and shot the exterminator it will have delay right, well the devs did forget one thing, non delay weapons so to avoid delay from other weapons we would either use input only (weapons that don't have a delay animation but give delay to other weapons) or non delay weapons, so basically the delay mechanics are all settled expect one, fixed delay these are weapons that all have delay animations no matter what you do so you never use them its ok to use fixed delay melees like foam sword, ban hammer, double cashback, werewolf paws and more but using a fixed delay weapon should never be used at all. BUT what if i told you something that some people have forgot imma ask you a question. have you ever wanted to shoot your sniper than go to your back up with no delay,
well if you use, dual anger, ritual revolvers, hitman exoskeleton or harpy you can and if you use a one shot head shot sniper and it hits with a body shot, you can finish them off if you hit them with one of the back ups i just listed

Cycler has no output delay, and heavy sniper has no input, so I would recommend Thunderer > Heavy Sniper / Harsh Punisher > Poison Darts for maximum damage.
Both the Heavy Sniper and Punisher are some of the best snipers around, high in damage and no input delay.

Heavy sniper can 3 cat with thunderer and exterminator cuz heavy sniper is only output delay it doesnt have input sooo....
