Swimming With The Orcas: Man Kayaks Alongside Several Whales

The New Zealand kayaker said he wasn't scared until one of the whales opened his mouth.

They can keep up with motorboats, easily. So a guy on a kayak has got absolutely no chance of escape!! The orca was playing.

I know that there is no recorded attack in the wild. I plan to go swim with them this year myself. Having said that: The way the orca opens his mouth several times, coming close to the persons feet, is a signal to stop. Which they person does, thank god. What is a game for the orca can end badly for the person, and Bring a lot of bad to the wales. Do not treat them too careless. Keep in mind the pilot whale grabbing a snorkeler by the feet. There is always a first time.

They're known to play games such as dragging objects down to the bottom and then bringing them back up. 😮😮

So why are sharks more aggressive around humans and not so much killer whales, they’re both predatory hunters, now I know people are gonna say “sharks don’t bite people and very rare and blah blah blah” but they do and not so much the killer whales, so why is that ?
