Used it for three days and can say built quality is not good and not matching with the name "Samsung". Battery backup is also not good, need to charge it every day for normal usage without playing the games. Also for continuous 10mins talk, it getting heated as well. I purchased this phone keeping the trust on Samsung and by seeing the advertisement of the tests done on this mobile by different people, but after using it for three days, I feel cheated. My 2 year old Mi Note 4 is still working better than M30s. Returning it..😥😥

Don't buy, camera quality of front and rear camera is not good, they are grainy, and they have not use sony sensor for the camera's, i am using oneplus 3 and its front 8mp camera is better than samsung galaxy m30s front 16mp camera. Resulting giving me blurry results, not giving details not even 8mp camera like details.

I am not sure about any other features as I haven't used more than 5 days but M30S has a defect where the Network is lost all of a sudden. You will never know until you check your phone. Sim1&2 will lose the network and you would miss important calls or messages during this time. Until we reboot or go to Airplane mode and come out your Sim1&2 would not be back active. I have tried bringing this to the Customer support service & even highest level of escalation but no one is ready to accept this defect. I am sure you all might have noticed. I feel you all should start reporting to customer support. Note: Nothing against you Gadgets 360

This is not a monster, this is a disaster. Don't fall into their marketing gimmick. Here are the things that I don't like.
1. This phone heats when you are doing usual things in the phone.
2. Camera quality is awful. Pixel distortion is evident in clicked photos.
3. Build quality is abysmal. The plastic is so cheap that it's making sound at the edges.
4. Processor is also not so fast. I already noticed some lag.

Please suggest me what to do with this phone? Should I replace it?

Iam using Samsung A20 and its very slow if i received a call it takes many seconds to see, that, who's calling and wise versa, so, how is this one? Please answer..

Don't buy galaxy m30s, I have used for 2 days and found drains battery very fast and heats up processor up to 60 deg.cel while in normal use, I have compared with my vivo v5 plus which has only 3000mah battery and that too 3 years old but battery lasts for whole day and CPU temp is always below 40 deg despite of intensive uses. Moreover the display changes colour while viewing from different angle, just like aftermarket Chinese compatible lcd replacement. These reviewers get free sets to review on behalf of the company so they sings the song taught by company therefore think before buying this. I have complained and opted for replacement but Amazon is sending technician to check the matter, Amazon & samsung both are cheating this time.

Its began to hang on day 2
Only battery life is good
My suggestions
If u wanna buy a phone between
15-16k
With realy decent camera
And no heating
Go for real me 5 pro
