Has Boris Johnson Gone Into Full General Election Campaign Mode?

Boris Johnson's responses in the latest Prime Minister's Questions were disjointed even for him. Was this just going into campaign mode just for the local elections next month, or is this how he is going to be from now on as the Conservatives begin their two year general election campaign? If so, how will Labour respond to avoid losing all traction in future PMQs?

Like Trump they are permanently campaigning promising things for the future. Johnson needs to be wary of the local elections they may show the electorate don’t like being lied to and taken for granted. Staying in power to help mates is what it is all about.

Boris hates work and really hates the wall paper in his apartment. Campaigning gives Boris an easy out to both.
