Or when Johnson appointed Russian businessman Evegny Lebedev to the house of Lords after ignoring advice of his advisors.

Or when he was given the results of an investigation into Russian influence in British politics, buried it, and refused to talk about it.

Or when he spent more on renovating his downing street flat - one of the most "comfortable" homes in the UK as it is - from one private "donation" (and never declaring it) than Starmer is accused of receiving and declaring in total since being PM.
