How to remove the dash on this 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500hd. In the video I got more in depth to show how the dash pad is taken out and also the whole structure of the dash. Check out my other dash removal video on a 1995-1998 Chevy truck

Thanks for the video. I’m trying to change the multifunction turn signal switch on my 2001 silverado. Getting to the plugs down inside the dash is challenging me!.

This is exactly what I need to do to diagnose some electrical issues with the dash wire harness, but Jesus Christ does that look intimidating in that last shot.

Wonder if light switches may of smoked is reason for wire connectors .
My dash smoked and need to tire into it to see why.

Attempted to gain access into the upper actuator on a 2000 suburban. Can’t do it this way, but I did find a lot of plastic spots on the defrost tube cracked

Good opportunity to replace factory doors with some big gull wing fiberglass doors. Replace all the electric operated vent doors with cable operated push-pull knobs. Without that dash, it'd make a good farm truck.

Hey bro, I'm glad I found your video, I'm rebuilding my 2000 Chevy Silverado to keep for at least 5-10 more years. I'm doing a complete dash swap with a 2011 Cadillac Escalade platinum. From your experience, would you happen to know if the dash panels would fit the original skeleton of the 2000 Chevy or would I need to upgrade the skeleton also?

Can you link the steering column removal video. I cannot find it in your history. Thanks for making this video. I have an 06 WT 2 door with no AC. I'm putting AC in it.

Would you be willing to sell the whole dash kit and maybe the carpet interior

I’m in the process of doing a dash swap cause someone spliced all the main wiring harness on outside of cab. I have a full donor truck and was wondering if I changed the whole Skelton part of dash would the affect the vin tag or is that attached to the cab itself?

Your video saved me hundreds. When I put it back together I have one plug that I don’t remember where it goes. Its in the same bundle as headlight switch plug and is flat. It operates dome light when you open driver door but have no clue where it plugs into. I watched your video several times trying to spot it with no luck. Do you happen to know where it goes?
