Duck Bacon Review! - Fossil Farms - NJ

This morning we tried a little Duck Bacon from Fossil Farms in NJ. Still looking for beef and pork replacements this little gem popped up. I have to say we really enjoyed this. It is a little expensive so it might not be something you want to eat all the time, but it makes for nice treat.
