Entrepreneurs, organization representatives, government officials and local government leaders share their views on the way the Government in Greece affects entrepreneurship. What are the problems and what are the challenges? What does the reality look like for entrepreneurs? This video covers the whole spectrum, from identifying issues to suggesting solutions. As professor of entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial ecosystem builder, originally from Crete, I am proud to watch this video that raise an important issue of the role of the governance. Thus, this is important in building an healthy and sustainable entrepreneurial ecosystem that encourages (not imposing) an entrepreneurial culture. Greek universities and education in general need to host entrepreneurship learning to lead this transormation. I am happy to help my country!

Interesting approach by the Greek government.

This video was recommended to me as part of coursework. I see that the Greek Government has somewhat realigned its policies towards startups, though there is still a long way to go. I think the video is trying to convey the message to aspiring current/ potential entrepreneurs in Greece that there is hope, so don't give up. Of course, apart from this video, I do not know anything about startups in Geece, so please correct me if I'm wrong about the meanings of this video.

The Greek government has eventually begun to engage with the entrepreneur, by seeing the value of start ups. Policies that made start-ups an impossibility have been relaxed to allow for growth. Considering the value that start-ups bring the Greek economy, start-ups could be the best way to oil the wheel of commerce.
