When she was starting out in wholesaling one of my friends had an even simpler "instant offer" formula. Her first offer was always half of whatever the Zillow Zestimate was. If they accepted it, she'd tack 10K on top and that is what she'd assign it to her cash buyer for.

Hey I've been on the wholesale journey for 3 months now I have a cash buyer who I know personally and will pay me outside escrow until I get proof of funds but I can't get that first deal I'm sending hundreds of offers a day no exaggeration can anyone help me?

How is it “ your worst problem” if they accept the $100, 000 offer doesn’t that mean you just made $100, 000 profit after selling it to a cash buyer for $200, 000 ??
