This one had me teary-eyed in both endings, but stirring strong emotion in the reader is a hallmark of excellent writing and characterization. The art and music are icing on the cake, though exceptional icing. It's one of the few games I can truly consider 10/10.

I loved this visual novel so much! I bought it on its release week because the trailer just made it an instant sell and I was delighted to find a really touching and surprisingly well-researched story behind that aesthetically solid shell. I even went down a rabbit hole learning about Ruan Lingyu thanks to this.

Their next story looks like it's going to be set in the 1960s and I'm excited to see where they go with that.

I didn't know much about this game but I just realised I assumed it was a cyberpunk vn based on the synthwave and neon lights .... of 80's Hong Kong .... which influenced the genre whoops.

Authors of this VN are two women, who live together and look EXACTLY like heroines from this game, even their style/cloths choices are similar.
Can it be somewhat autobiographic story?

It's also yuri, and it's set in 1786 Joseon era in Korea. Also this has a lot of endings more than 10, but there are only 5 main real endings.

I remember playing this game and though it was good, but the story wasn't all that memorable
I think the bad ending hit me more in the feels than the good ending did...

Has an amazing Music track though, 7/10

This game is beautiful but is it a porn game? It has an adult patch but it hardly seems to be hardcore. There are plenty of recent mature games that have sex in them. This isn't to knock the review. I'm genuinally interested in what people think. Does the fact it's a visual novel change things? Should it be categorized with more porn focused games? I kind of feel that it shouldn't.
