Okay, from the first half totally caught me off guard.

It's almost as if Caulifla is treated as a reincarnation...of herself.

Her history on Earth and being Goku's sis changed her a lot....but...with the knowledge that she's originally from Universe 6 and FOUGHT Goku before as Kefla...has gotta confuse her a lot. Cause why have memories that you never had before?

Cause how the hell do you exist and meet and fought people in one life but everything resets and MEET those same people differently or even be RELATED to the person you fought against?

Oh man, What a twist! I was so confused upon seeing that green arm flash past the screen to hit Vegeta. I was honestly expecting something like Tien and Caulifla's child coming from the future. I can't wait for the next part! Hopefully it is soon!

As I was binge watching this what if, I remembered that it was said "if King Piccolo were to return" (I'm sure I'm paraphrasing). That made me thing that he would come back as a later villain. Then we have Piccolo... oh wait, Majunior coming from THE FUTURE! I gotta give that credit. That truly is a new take on the Android Saga... oh wait, the King Piccolo Saga.

This reminds me of the fan fiction where Gohan wishes that his dad didn’t die, and gets reincarnated in a different life.

A little complicated, and hard to execute. Especially in the format being used.

I'd have to agree with most here. While it's an amazing story; I dont like the identity crisis of another life. This is supposed to be what if Caulifa was Goku's sister. Not if she was kidnapped as a kid and memories replaced. Unless that's what your going for. Otherwise amazing story.
