I have absolutely no problem with people in politics being rich. I have absolutely no problem with people in politics getting rich while in office. What I do have a problem with is citizens thinking that you can pay people $200k a year for the most important jobs on the planet, and then wondering why they don't give a fuck about those citizens or why they would go to corporations who would write them checks.
