I think with her size it's hard to find things that fit well and are comfortable for her. The pants with the hole in it fit her huge legs AND weren't too long. The bra is hard to fit because her band length is so big but her breasts are very small for her size. That's why she bought multiple of the polka-dot bra. It actually fit her. The black stretch choker can expand to fit her large neck and probably makes her feel feminine- something that is rare with her having to experience clothes shopping at her enormous size. Clothes just make her feel dumpy but the choker signals she's a dainty female (in her mind) so she wears it out.

She thinks that the choker helps to visually separate her chest and shoulders from her head. Without it, it just looks like a fat head sitting on someone’s fat chest.
