north nomad life: reindeer for diner, home chores in tundra

This documentary was filmed for a local TV-channel I used to work for some years ago. That was the moment when i got so fascinated about north nomads life.The channel is no longer exist. But i came across this documentary in a archive and edited it a bit for youtube. i think it deserved to be seen by more people.

Tundra toddlers waddling around in the snow, is my favorite. I also enjoy them sitting and eating together. This is a beautiful way of life.

El vídeo dice que el olor del ambiente debe ser denso. Hay q aclarar que para nosotros, Pero para ellos no, es su aroma habitual, aparte que ellos no se bañan, ni siquiera con vapor. Pero es su vida, sus costumbres y nada que hacer el occidental ni oriental, ellos son únicos.

The interesting fact: carnivore diets are unique in that there is no xtra sugar floating around the body for bacteria to grow. Therefore, no body odor from sweating. It’s quite remarkable. When I started a carnivore diet like these lovely people, I did not expect the benefits: no urinary tract infections, no need for deodorant, no “morning smell”, no bad breath, scratches healed faster. So the fact that they do not take showers or baths in the winter does not result in the awful body smells we so dread. Plus, heavy clothes helps 😂😂😂
I’ve since added berries and yogurt to my diet because I love variety! Still, the benefit of a diet without added sugar is remarkable
