Growing up, Lauren Molasky Fierst kept her life with cystic fibrosis private as she didn't want the disease to define her. However, as she got older and her disease progressed, it became important to her to share her story and raise awareness for everyone with CF.

Now post-transplant, she shares what she is grateful for following challenges leading up to her transplant and her hopes for the future.
