Having studied molecular hydrogen myself with the MHI and being a molecular hydrogen advisor I can say that drinking it with tablets made from elemental magnesium added to water is the best way of taking it unless someone is unable to drink for example a comatose patient. Where inhalation would be worth discussing with medical team. It is entirely exhaled via the lungs in one hour after drinking. Within 15-30 minutes gas permeated the entire body. It is absorbed into blood stream from small bowel straight to the liver first and circulates the rest of the body via being pumped in the blood and through diffusion directly into every part of every cell. I love this highly informative video thank you so much. I understand it does assist in the other oxidative pathways too but has most interaction with the hydroxyl ion which is the most damaging.
