I'm in school right now and was struggling till I saw this video followed it and now thank God I'm able to offset park like a champ.

This isn't a bad thing to see because people in truck driving school, do use pull ups. 2 free pull ups and two free GOALs. This video shows how he saw his mistake and knew how to correct it. Nothing wrong with that. There are tons of videos of people who are professional doing it and it can be intimidating because they know exactly how long they should wait to turn the steering wheel and what to look for. It's good to see someone make a mistake and correct it the right way. I'm currently 5 days into schooling and am trying to get my offset done right every time, we just have different instructors most times and they teach totally different. Their reference points also aren't the cones but your landing gear so you aren't really looking for cones, which can make you oversteer or just not back in the way you want to and see in all the videos. But all their recent students have all passed. None have failed so they're doing something right. They also tell us to use those GOALs and pull ups as much as we can, but obviously don't have points docked from you.

Im in training right now...his first mistake was he broke it too much to his right which got him in all this mess which made him pull up...i know you have 2 free pull ups but our instructor want us to get about 5 feet from the cones so were able to pull up...i usually get 4/5 when i do this skill...i test on july 21 .wish me.sum.luck

Having issues offsetting, I get in, but on a slight angle. I use my pull up and then back straight, but all the other students are not using any pull ups and frustrating me. I don't understand what I'm doing wrong

In a 28ft trailer you dont have to move your steering wheel all to the right or left is just 80% thats why he pull up..

This is the worst parking example on all of YouTube. You don’t show a video where the driver messed up you show a perfect one. This is stupid
