This is not good for AMD - Ryzen 7 9700X vs 7700X vs 7800X3D

This is really not looking very good for AMD. It's too expensive and there are cheaper AM5 chips out there with the similar performance.

A few BIOS updates, a steep price reduction, and better tuning for DDR5-6400 and this will be a good hold over for customer builds until X3D parts and the newer boards. They failed on the pricing sadly.

The 5600X3D beat the 9700X in a few games. In the recently updated Final Fantasy XIV it was 334 fps versus 329 fps at 1080p max. The 5600X3D was also 40+ fps faster than the 7950X, 7700X, and 7600X in this game. The 5000X3D and AM4 very much belong in this conversation.
