I don't doubt that Bud can fight guys who are bigger than him. However, against equally skilled fighters who are bigger than him with a difference of more than 30 pounds is going to be tough. We have to be realistic. Bud is not going to campaign to be a heavyweight.

LoL, I do not believe Shakur is naive enough to think Crawford can beat competitive heavyweights. The power of punches from strong heavyweights is MUCH harder than any welterweight and they can walk through Crawfords attacks and bomb him. They can take more punishment, not just hit much harder.
