OK so for the people saying Ghost Rider Beats the Spectre here me out.

Most common arguments from Ghost Rider
1. He can Penance Stare Spectre
2. He is an immortal can't die
3. Hellfire can hurt or kill the Spectre
4. He's faster

1. is that Penance stare only works for guys guilty of their sins, while yes Ghost Rider can use the Penance Stare to the innocent, but for guys that don't regret their sins, like the Punisher it doesn't work, and he did try to use the Penance Stare on him and Punisher had no regret. Spectre doesn't regret anything he'd done and he's also a wrath of vengeance so it doesn't work on him.

2. Spectre has beaten guys far above immortality, he defeated Thunderbolt a fifth dimensional imp, fifth dimensional imps can unimagine all of existance and they have some kind of 4th wall awareness. But 4th wall awareness doesn't help on scaling.

3. Hellfire only works for guys that have a soul, and sure it can cause physical damage, but The Spectre is Indestructible and doesn't feel physical attacks. And Spectre doesn't have a soul

4. Sure Ghost Rider is fast as his hellcycle outpaced the Mjolnir but the Spectre literally dodges a punch from the Flash that rotates the Axis of the Earth and he also can teleport to the Source Wall which is light years away from Earth.

And here are some scalings of the Spectre:

1. The Spectre made earthquakes while slightly taking steps on hell, hell in DC is a multiverse

2. Spectre made his own version of the Sphere of God's, the Sphere of God's is above space and time

3. Spectre tanks getting erased from existance by Zeus.

4. Spectre can change his size, and he can be as big as a universe

5. Spectre's mere presence bends an infinite amount of multiverses

6. He turned Phantom Stranger into a rat, and his fight with Phantom Stranger was threatening creation.

7. The Spectre defeats all Lords of Order including Nabu

8. Spectre can create pocket universes.

9. While even his host (Jim Corrigan) is above Space and Time and when Ghost Rider turns back to his host he becomes a normal human.

10. He killed and tanked the Omega Beams from an avatar Darkseid

I agree with all of it except for Man Thing vs Swamp Thing. If we are taking them at their peaks then Man Thing wins. I mean Man Thing literally shattered the Nexus of Realities. The Nexus of Realities connects all realities in every universe and beyond. Each universe in Marvel is a literal Multiverse as it has infinite times lines and planes of realities. The Nexus is even beyond the Far Shore which is beyond the White Hot Room and Oblivion. Man Thing grabbed the staff of the creator and became the keeper of the dream and as stated by Doctor Strange was the key of the future of all things and he went through Oblivion which happens after death. The creators staff can warp everything including the Nexus, plus he is equal to Divine Creator who created live which is boundless in power

I would have to disagree with the Man thing vs Swamp thing scenario bc Man thing in marvel shattered Nexus of reality which house infinite realities and he was able to attach himself to them and and go beyond oblivion, the beyonders and the white hot room and created literally a multiverse and beyond that. Also the Ghost rider vs Spectre fight as well bc Ghost rider is actual an angel created by TOAB the angel Zarathos is the spirit of Justice and when he possesses a host they become ghost rider. But Zarathos became corrupted over the years
