When my family gathered for Christmas, I had them all wear my O2 ring for a night. You could totally tell who has sleep apnea from the results. My sister just did a sleep test as a result, awaiting the results. And she thought she was fine, she's a healthy weight and never feels tired when waking. But her O2 dropped a lot at times overnight.

Which model of the Samsung watch is it for?

My diagnostic test was able to differentiate between my side and stomach sleeping apnea rates, which helped me figure out positional therapy for my apnea. I wonder if technicians will still be helpful for that kind of thing? Or could a watch do that too someday?

but at the same time, Inspire is ramping up and requires In-lab testing. Plus I also live in Colorado and the high elevation keeps me busy with my CSA/complex patients lol

@CPAPReviews That thumb device you showed takes heart and oxygen readings every two seconds. How often does the Galaxy watch take O2 readings? Maybe once every two minutes? The Galaxy Watch needs to be used for more than sleep, so it has a battery limitation which may never be solved.

Samsung Health only works if you have a Galaxy watch AND Samsung phone as well for it to work. Not many that have both.

I don't think this is a good idea! I had 3 sleep studies done in a lab. If you are like me with CNS, how could these tools be accurate?

You forgot to mention the withthings sleep mat. It completely correlates with my cpap machine
