Hi thank you so much for sharing videos. I have a question . When pt comes in for HRA. The pt recently came in 2020. How ever in 2020 all was captured and pt didnt have nothing new as far as in 2020 test ex. Echo etc. When pt comes in 2021 for HRA there is no need to look for new opportunities correct ? since HCC has to get re captured again from the problem list.
