None of that stuff worked for me, I changed from 5ghz to legacy signal and that worked. Seems that Hitachi haven't seen a modern router.

I can't find the settings on my remote. I click menu but settings never pop up just channels, video, audio, time, setup and that screen only shows language, closed caps, setup wizard which takes you to reset but the word settings is nowhere to be found. I've had no issues with my wifi in the past. Someone please HELP!

I bought an Hitachi 32HAE2350 for my mother that keeps closing the wi-fi connection.atm i can't make your suggested operations, but if nothing works i will ask a refund.i can't either use a wired connection.i'm too far from my modem.

Didn’t help - tv was fine then it asked me if I wanted to upgrade the software, I said yes and since it completed it just doesn’t detect my WiFi. Did first time installation on the tv and no joy. 😢
