You can't be serious. The snapdragon 600 uses Krait cores which are basically a mix of A9 and A15 elements while the Tegra 4 is a full blown A15 SoC.

Even though big beefy desktops will always have their place, it's going to be pretty cool seeing pocket sized PCs that are still able to do amazing things like this.

This is about 5-6 FPS higher than iPad 4 in Egypt HD, which isn't much considering that this is a next generation chip and the iPad 4 has been on the market for 3 months already

iPad 4's GPU is the fastest avaible until now, so that's a pretty good result it seems like nvidia truly has the world's fastest mobile processor for now

Score of Tegra 2 is 6k, Tegra 3 is 14k, Tegra 4 is 36k. Massive improvement.

true but the ipad 4 already had the most impressive mobile gpu unit in use till now. The cpu on the tegra 4 blows the ipad away though. Tegra 4 will be a powerful package. makes me wonder if apple will switch bacl tp arm cpu cores for their next chip?

This combined with Windows RT should bring plenty of boost for productivity. May be even a Virtualized environment to run X86 apps some day :). Disclaimer : just a dream...

Yes, but, for example, with Apple, they can have less powerful chips because their OS is made for their chips. Or vice versa. It's integrated. It just works.
