Regression Analysis in SPSS (Part 1)

In this video, I demonstrated how to perform regression analysis in SPSS in a special way it has never been done. I gave account of the Assumptions required to be satisfied by your dataset, and I also showed how you can put your dataset to test of the Assumptions. Thank you!, Your clarity is amazing! I had one question. In my study I tested the correlation coëfficients before I did the lineair regression. So when my data was non normally distributed I used Spearman correlation. However, if I conduct te univariate (or multivariate) regression I automatically get the Pearson correlation. Is that a problem, or does this not matter, because you look for normallity in the residuals in stead of the variabele?
