Should US be worried about Chinese-Russian lunar base?

Earlier this year, China announced plans to build a base on the moon. It will undertake the project with Russia, which recently filmed the world’s first movie in space. The International Lunar Research Station will consist of 14 missions, and take decades to complete. Will this Chinese-Russian lunar project challenge the US dominance in space?

But everyone knows that the United States is now very scared about China’s testing of hypersonic missiles in low orbit in space. Despite more sanctions that North Korea or Iran, Russia announced to proceed with it's LUNAR-25 mission, to be completed at the end of 2022 - which gives an idea how far up the program is on a list of national priorities.
