This is the Easiest way to solve black screen or Resolution problem on your pc/laptop
just follow all the steps

Easy way to get in the safe mode in Windows 10 in just 2 steps

1: switch on your pc/laptop and wait until pc/laptop open properly
2: Now click on Windows Button on keyboard
and search Restart in safe (click enter)

now you will get in the safe mode change as per your problem

If u followed his steps and nothing worked....try using ur onboard video output(if u have one) then access your gpu control panel and revert your refresh rate to default.Works for my 75hz monitor.

Those who fuc*ed up with your graphic settings,
1.keep pressed power button, then it will shutdown.
2. Turn on again, keep repeating step 1
3. press f5 to go in safe mode(in video he pressed f3)
4. Right click on This PC<manage<device manager<display adapters, right click on your graphic adapter then uninstall it
5. Restart

You can reinstall your graphic software later.

You just saved me I tried so many things and one had the same method as you except they click on F4 and it goes into safe mode but you can't change the display resolution not the refresh rate but this method worked just fine.

If you can’t open windows safe mode restart it and shut it off 3 times to get it to open
