Scylla and Methuselah extended clips - Godzilla: King of the Monsters

DNEG released another behind the sfx of KoTM that revealed some “extended” shots of Scylla and Methuselah. Here, we get to see Scylla give an addition swing on a building and a better look at Methuselah’s face

I love how the visual effects team cited Methuselah's awakening as a tough scene to make because it incorporated dust, birds, trees and debris that had to fall just right to reveal the Titan's face

Awesome! Behemoth is great and all, but I have a soft spot for these two as well. Hope to see more in the future. Word has it that Scylla at least will have a part in that Godzilla-centric GvK prequel comic, so that's another reason for me to look forward to it.

Having watched KotM again recently, i definitely got the impression that someone had their finger on the Fast Forward button. Everything happens too damned fast. Nothing is allowed to breathe. They set up so much but allowed so little of it to develop. It feels like it was supposed to be a more epic tale, but it got the Josstice League treatment. Maybe im wrong. Its just how it felt to me

Wow that is a much better look at methuselah facial structure. Also, it’s pretty clear the scaling of methuselah is way off, that’s near Godzilla earth size
